You probably are very much aware of the works of Robert Beatty even if you don't know the name. We wrote about his work when he did the cover and single artwork for Tame Impala's masterful Currents album, but also have gone back to 2014 with our appreciation for his modern psychedelic approach to commercial design and music projects. In our mind, his best works enhance the music they are set to interpret, but even his recent design work for the NY Times has created a classic mind 20th century aesthetic of the future while also being contemporary.
