Brian Calvin has made numerous drawings and paintings of Ruth Bader Ginsburg over the past few years, and felt compelled to create this print for When We All Vote in order to honor the late Supreme Court Justice. This work honors her legacy in a particularly meaningful way, as it benefits and encourages voter participation.

"A few years ago, I made a quick drawing of RBG in a sketchbook. I don’t make many drawings of actual people but the sketch resonated with me. I played around with it, producing a handful of drawings and a painting. I had already been working with ART FOR CHANGE on a print to benefit When We All Vote when news broke that Justice Ginsburg had passed. I immediately reached out to see whether we could make a last minute change and ART FOR CHANGE made it happen. Ruth Bader Ginsburg dedicated her life’s work to expanding rights with the goal of “equal justice for all”. Her fighting spirit must be carried on by others now, and I’m proud for this edition to benefit When We All Vote. Their mission to 'increase participation in every election and close the race and age voting gap by changing the culture around voting, harnessing grassroots energy...to reach every American' seems a perfect tribute to RBG." – Brian Calvin
