If you happen to be in Buenos Aires over the next few months, and we agree that you should be, go check out Sangre y sol Francisco Diaz Scotto's new solo show at Valerie’s Factory. The show features a series of works of meat production and raw cuts of beef, a change from Scotto's shows at Hashimoto Contemporary in the past, which focused on still lifes and patterns. These are more aggressive, powerful in terms of direct confrontation with the viewer, literally raw in their execution.
