We love checking in on on one of our all-time favorites Pat Perry. He recently updated his blog with sketches and pictures from a cross-country motorcycle roadtrip that included "sleeping in lizard dust behind Dollar General, breaking down a hundred miles from any town in Texas, getting directions from junkies, getting advice from junkies, getting made fun of by junkies, camping in the Walmart parking lot, being harrassed by police...

One of our favorite features/artists that we have worked with this year is Pat Perry, a Michigan-based but constantly on the road illustrator, photographer, train travelin' ramblin' man. He just posted a series of beautiful documentations of his travels on his blog, featuring some stunning new sketchbook drawings and murals. Can you tell we like him?

He gave them a nice title; Anarchists go to Rotary Club.

I officially have a man crush on Pat Perry. And I don't care that I'm saying it. I nearly wait around every month to see what the Michigan-based artist is working on, and luckily, he posted new sketchbook works, and most importantly, a series of new prints on his site over the past few weeks...

Pat Perry is an artist and illustrator who calls Michigan home. The lands of the north, the people he meets, and Midwestern streets have always moved him. Making drawings each day is his attempt to digest the indigestible; seemingly indescribable life experience, and the ephemeral acquaintances and scenery that are carried along with such encounters...

We found some great new work put out by Pat Perry, an artist and illustrator who calls Grand Rapids, Michigan home. In between showing his art from coast to coast or working with an assortment of clients, Pat travels as much as possible. Although he is happy to be able to speak and have an audience through his artwork, he does his best everyday to listen and learn from the world he lives in.
