The work of Noah Jashinski focuses on intimacy and emotional authenticity. He is interested in imperfections and keeping them and “happy accidents” in his images. He uses primarily black and white film and does not use digital retouching techniques. Jashinski attributes the inspiration of his work to 60s French New Wave cinema, especially the films of auteur Jean-Luc Godard.
Noah Jashinski is a commercial/fine art photographer based in L.A. You can follow him on Tumblr.
