In his series titled Singapore, photographer Nguan offers a quiet glimpse into lives of the people who live here. Even in instances of falling apart homes and unassuming citizens on the street, Nguan finds beauty and pulls the viewer in to see his home country the way he sees it. He shows us a world of color and subtle satire despite and underlying and building sense of isolation. You can find this work in his second monograph How Loneliness Goes, as well as on his website.
