Street Meets Chic 2017 in LA

Street Meets Chic 2017, presented by Sur le Mur L.A. is an eclectic and dynamic group show celebrating LA and London’s unique fine artists, street artists, graffiti, and photographers. Sur le Mur (on the wall) utilizes "ART" to raise awareness and support various charities helping children and youth of Southern California, Vancouver B.C., and Paris.

A comprehensive ensemble of artists on exhibit, who are all geniuses in their own right. Presenting new works by legendary artists, Kelly “Risk” Graval, and Alex Ross’ Official Fab Four Art commissioned by The Beatles and Apple Corps as featured in Rolling Stone Magazine, including his never before seen 6 foot yellow submarine. Seen, The Godfather of Graffiti, BAFTA LA's artist in residence, Lincoln Townley, whose artworks are collected all over the world, Billy Morrison, fine artist and guitarist for Billy Idol, and controversial artist/photographer Alison Jackson as featured in Vanity Fair Magazine. Bret Rowe’s playful “Gameboardom” series, and Prince Lorenzo de Medici, the creator of “Renaissance Pop” will also be featuring new works as well as displaying family portraits from the 1400’s. Other acclaimed artists exhibiting their new works too.

Opening night: Friday, January 27th, 2017 from 5-10pm
