Polish art duo Sainer & Bezt aka Etam Cru, recently spent some time in Örebro, Sweden, participating in the local Open Art biennial. During their stay the prolific artists creating a new mural dedicated to the region's signature feeling of melancholy.

"Melancholia" was painted on a facade of a 4 story building and is depicting a female character in a dispirited posture, matching often gloomy weather around it. Like many of their works, with strong accent on such details as hands, hair or fabric drapes, this large piece carries qualities of a classic painting blown to large mural size. Painted using signature dimmed colors, the main character almost blends with the abstract composition in its background, accenting the feeling of detachment that the piece represents.
