Participants between ages 13-24 from all over the city came to Westlake Saturday to learn the history of skate zines, various methods of content creation, printing, and binding and to create their very own zine. Led by zine maker and publisher, Andrew Martin Scott of Needles & Pens and bookshop, & Pens Press, photographer, Jai Tanju and renowned pro-skater Dan Drehobl, CONS Project: Los Angeles took place at The Holding Company in Westlake. The next workshop in the series is coming in April, and registration will open in early March at

Saturday's workshop, “Zine Making & Printing” was the fourth of a five-part, free series taking place in New York, Boston, Toronto and Los Angeles through Spring 2015.
