Nádia Maria is a Brazilian photographer based in Bauru, São Paulo, who started to photograph as a child by taking photographs of her dolls.

She attributes her photographic inspiration to poetry, and photography is her writing, her intimate feelings, the darkness and the light of her life. Most recently her work has picked up the attention of publications like National Geographic and Paris Vogue. Her images convey a plethora of emotions with dreamlike qualities and make us feel like we are floating in and out of consciousness.
