Dina Goldstein is a Vancouver based fine arts photographer. You might remember her Fallen Princess series from one of our earlier reviews.
Goldstein produces large scale tableau photographic series that are philosophical, satirical, ironic and visually stunning. Last November, she exhibited her Modern Girl series in Paris at the Galerie Virginie Barrou Planquart. Modern Girl is inspired by Chinese advertising posters of the 1930's. This series examines identity, gender roles, diasporic culture and consumerism.
