Thanks to the Internet, photographers Johann Bouché-Pillon and Gabi Pérez stumbled upon each other’s work, making it possible to meet via e-mail and exchange ideas. The two created a very simple collaboration where they paired already-made photographs into diptychs that mirrored well together. These mostly consisting of color coordination and shapes. Some of the images were rotated vertically in order to keep a consistency in the body of work. There is no particular storyline, being that the idea was mostly to play with color tones and figures that would compliment each other.

Gabi Pérez, who made the images on the left-hand side, works and lives in New York City. Johann Bouché-Pillon, whose images are on the right, is currently based in Paris, France.
