Laguna College of Art and Design (LCAD) is hosting 2 exhibitions of representational works from the recent graduates of their Drawing and Painting MFA programs. These exhibitions, Intuitive Realities I and Intuitive Realities II, explore and analyze the representational style of art.
These images explore and balance the desire to capture reality and also discover deeper meaning. Each artist showcases their own talent and style while building upon and growing the representational tradition. There will be two shows with two groups of students, both at Q Art Salon in Santa Ana. The first show will be from June 4th to the 14th, and the second will be from June 18th to the 29th. You can get more info on each of the shows and their openings here and here.
