The historic building at 190 Bowery in Manhattan has long served as a canvas for graffiti writers and street artists since the ‘80s. Many of the names that adorn the building are from people who have long past but once had their name everywhere in the city. Of all the people who painted it, without a doubt Nekst made the biggest impact with his absurd sized street level straight letter. Well, the building has finally sold after the owner who has held out forever decided to cash out on his sought after location which he purchased back in the ‘60. He had allowed the graffiti to exist there even despite the city continually badgering him to remove it. So the real question is what will happen now to exterior and what is next for Nekst? Her is a picture of workers who were seen cleaning the windows of the building chilling in front of the massive Nekst.
