Illustrator Jen Mundy manages a website called Bi-Weekly Challenge. This site is meant to connect artists to inspire one another and create a community around making art. The goal is to get artists to work outside of their comfort zone, receive constructive feedback on their pieces as well as to serve as a forum to consult one another on various illustration topics. This piece was created in response to a challenge surrounding a fairy tale by the Grimm Brothers. Jen chose a story called Little Red Cap, showing her piece as a work in progress and giving her viewers some insight into how exactly she creates her illustrations.
