Spanish artist Marta Marzal Abellan plays with the concept of life and death in many of her works. While her subject matter could easily go gruesome, her illustrations remain delicate and beautiful. In this series of graphite drawings, Marta plays evil doctor. The series includes a woman with an open chest cavity as well as and exploration in what happens when you combine human and animal life.
