One of Cindy Sherman's earliest silent films on Super-8. Created in 1975, Doll Clothes takes the imagery of Marcel Duchamp's Nude Descending a Staircase as a starting point which encourages Sherman's humorous interest in gender and identity - a hallmark of her narrative practice which continues into the present.
