In his 'Porn For The Whole Family' series, Brian Steinhoff substitutes ornamental floral silhouettes for naked bodies in sexually explicit snapshots. As it turns out, removing nudity from porn doesn't really make it that much less pornographic so long as the imagination is left to fill in the blanks. Steinhoff calls the collages 'not so much a protest, but more of a social commentary on what I’d like to call the banality of perversion.'
