'I was born in 1984 in Hainburg/Donau, Lower Austria. At the age of 17 I started to take photos of my friends riding their skateboards. After graduating from university in 2005 with a degree in graphic design I began to shoot my first fashion editorials. Today I take photos for the Vienna based fashion label Wendy & Jim and my work has been published in magazines all over the world. In general my work focuses on combining different elements, like authenticity, acrimony and aesthetic. I want to capture a moment and make it last forever. It should be impossible to tell if the events photographed were staged or really happening. In this way I force the viewer to create their own story behind each photo….
