For a week in late October, Paul Loya Gallery in Los Angeles featured EASYRIDERS Magazine & COMUNE’s “Untitled” show. With motorcycle-enthusiast mag Easyriders being founded in 1971, the gallery showed incredible original artwork from the magazine’s archives. The specially-curated pieces projected a 70’s outlook on babes, beards, and motorcycles.
“Easyriders is an American motorcycle magazine, founded in 1971. It is published monthly by Paisano Publications, LLC. In the easy 1970’s, after his post as Creative Director of Big Bike magazine, Lou Kimzey was the creator and publisher of the gritty biker magazine Easyriders, the first lifestyle magazine on the market. Easyriders became a world sensation, the largest selling newsstand motorcycle magazine in the world with a circulation of over 550,000 copies.”
