One Story, Nine Frames in The Bronx' New Music Video for "Side Effects"

April 11, 2018

The Bronx (the band) recently released this video for their song "Side Effects," in a collaborative effort with artist and longtime Juxtapoz friend Adam Wallacavage. The Philly-based artist provided his art-filled home for filming, and acted in the video as a sea captain who at one point microwaves a fish. The video encapsulates some of the "side effects" of being in a band for over 20 years, which at times can be substantially significant. There's a couple different narratives going on at the same time, throughout 9 separate frames, so watch through and see if you can get an idea of the bigger picture...
