In lieu of what appears to be the apocalypse hitting the West Coast of the United States at the moment, may be introduce a diversion in the form of our friend Aesop Rock's newest track, "The Gates," from his upcoming LP, Spirit World Field Guide. Directed by Rob Shaw and featuring illustration and animation design work by one of the best in the game, Justin “Coro” Kaufman, this at least reminds us that when the sky is orange we still got a good beat to listen to.
The album will be out November 13 via Rhymesayers Entertainment.
