We were sad to hear of the passing of Kraftwerk co-founder and electronic music pioneer Florian Schneider today at the age of 73. The overall aesthetic, live performance and sound from Kraftwerk are legendary and singular, and Florian's passing reminded us of their deep  legacy as expressed in the great 2013 BBC documentary on the band and the burgeoning German scene of the time. "Pop Art" is not only a must-watch for fans of Kraftwerk but also fans of the early stages of electronic music.
