Juxtapoz x SFMOMA "Frequency And Volume" Rooftop Party

January 11, 2013

Like anyone who appreciates art in the greater San Francisco area, we are proud to have the San Francisco Museum of Modern Art in our backyard. We are pleased to announce "Frequency and Volume," a special party Juxtapoz will be hosting on the rooftop of the SFMOMA on Thursday, January 17, from 6—8:30pm. We invite our readers to come celebrate one of our great local institutions and their newest exhibition with Rafael Lozano-Hemmer, listen to DJ Roofeeo of TV On the Radio, and enjoy a complimentary drink from Speakeasy Brewery and Hobo Wine Company.

Thursday nights at SFMOMA are at a special half-price admission, and we will provide complimentary drinks and free issues of Juxtapoz. And did we mention our friend DJ Roofeeo of TV On the Radio will be playing the tunes?

The Juxtapoz x SFMOMA Rooftop Party is a celebration of the museum's latest interactive exhibitions, notably Rafael Lozano-Hemmer's exhibition, Frequency and Volume. For the Rooftop party, the SFMOMA will be capturing and projecting your experiences at the exhibition, and we will ask you to share your photos with #frequencyandvolume on Instagram for a chance to win prizes to the museum store.
