As we have announced on the site (or maybe you have followed on the Juxtapoz Instagram), but Juxtapoz opens "What In the World" in Berlin on May 19th at Urban Nation's PM space. The exhibition, curated by our editor, Evan Pricco, features street works from Hyuro and Zio Ziegler, and street and gallery work from Jeroen Erosie, Daan Botlek, Serge Lowrider, Ermsy and Ekta.
The concept of the exhbition was to bring together Juxtapoz's favorite artists from Europe (and of course, Zio from San Francisco) who represent different parts of the magazine's history here and abroad. Each artist is creating site-specific works, installations, and street pieces that reflect our 23 years of coverage in "street" culture. From Erosie and Ekta's evolving graffiti explorations, Serge Lowrider's sign painting work, Ermsy's comic and psychedelic style, Daan Botlek's immersive murals and installations, Zio Ziegler's spontaneous muralisms and Hyuro's poetic and subtly sublime street works, the show covers a range of our editorial coverage.
