Devoted to contemporary art depicting exceptionally crafted fantastical imagery and visually dynamic narratives, Roq La Rue focus themes exploring life in the Anthropocene era, and our disconnects, longing, and celebration of both the natural world and our own interior worlds. Roq La Rue Gallery has been a staple within the Seattle art community for over twenty years, hosting monthly exhibitions and special events as well as a small, tightly curated “museum gift shop,” which showcases like-minded art, artisanal jewelry, and decorative objects.

Ace of Spades, Queen of Hearts opens this Thursday, August 8th, with an opening reception from 6 to 9 pm, and is on view through September 8th, 2019.
