We’ve posted about Pip and Pop’s (a.k.a. Tanya Schultz’) candy-luscious art before. She uses nontraditional materials like sugar, glitter, and plastic flowers to construct fantasy landscapes—a whir of rainbow, pastel and neon colors.
The landscapes are meticulously created and dense with creative details. She says her art works “embrace notions of abundance, utopian dreams and fleeting pleasure.” She explores “ideas of paradise and wish-fulfillment described in folk tales, mythologies and cinema.”
