We are saddened to learn today of the death of perhaps the most influential comic book artist of all-time, Stan Lee, has passed away at age 95 in Los Angeles. He was known as the editor of Marvel Comics, and along with Jack Kirby and others, created what has become a laundry list of comic book and Hollywood royalty: Spider-Man, the Hulk, Doctor Strange, the Fantastic Four, Daredevil, Black Panther, the X-Men, Iron Man and Ant Man, to name the biggest. It is not hyperbole to say Lee's work may be some of the most famous art in the world, as these characters have become so much more than mere comic book characters: they are cultural touchstones. His work will live on. RIP, Stan Lee.
