Kotaro Chiba Illustrates Dark Scenes with a flair of Psychedelia

Kotaro Chiba is a freelance illustrator, an artist who was born in Japan and lives in Niigata.

Chiba started printing his illustrations on tee shirts in around 2007 and later began to create illustrations for books, magazines, vinyls and commissioned portraits from around the world. Chiba is also a graphic designer creating logos, branding , business cards, posters and flyers.
