Michigan artist Pat Perry is a versitile and brilliant artist who contributes his talent to art projects such as the Beehive Design Collective. Being a group of activists he illustrates visual narratives to tell stories of globalization, climate change and social injustice to educate. Speaking through his artwork Perry diligently explores with painting, "I am relatively conscious of those themes. Most of the themes you mentioned are the best symbols and ingredients I’ve been able to come up with to accurately build the emotions and ideas I can’t articulate otherwise. I say accurately, though most of the time they seem to turn out ultimately inaccurate. That’s the challenge though. It’s fun to slowly chip away and take little steps forward."
