Vanni Cuoghi's fairytale-esque illustrations speak of the darker side of children's stories. With a clear influence from his italian background, these strange and whimsical images will open your eyes to alternate endings.
Italina artist Vanni Cuoghi graduated in Painting Decoration from Istituto Statale d’Arte di Chiavari (Ge) and got a degree in Scenography from Brera Art Academy in Milan. Between 1989 and 1992 he worked as an illustrator for different Italian magazines and attended Disney Academy. Until 2002 he decorated and frescoed interiors and exteriors of different churches and palaces, reinterpreting great baroque decoration elements.
