Last weekend we checked out Virgil Abloh's DJ set at Sony Hall with Jacques Green and Stonie Blue last week. The set was raucous, but lent some insight into the Louis Vuitton artistic director and his humble approach to both art and high fashion. Abloh is the founder of fashion label Off-White, and has collaborated with Kanye West and Jay-Z for their 2010 collaborative album Watch The Throne, which scored Abloh a Grammy award for Best Recording Package. He has worked with Nike on a number of projects, including a recent one with Serena Williams, and has worked individually with neo-conceptualist artist Jenny Holzer twice on fashion lines. Check the gallery for some photos from the event!
