Being that is is Labor Day, we are thinking of things that take a long time to make. So how about taking an old fashioned portrait, and then adding some contemporary flair to it in the vein of Stacey Page. She embroiders over portraits with her own stitching style, adding a bit of color and humor to an otherwise mundane shot. (via)
