Less than one week remains for artists to enter Natural Cannabis Company’s third annual High Art Challenge sponsored by Juxtapoz Magazine. This year’s theme “cannabis from around the world” has resonated globally as entries have poured in from six different continents to date.
High Art continually celebrates the inexorable link between art and cannabis as part of the worldwide cannabis movement as this year’s theme suggests. “The first two years of the challenge have connected Natural Cannabis Company to the global arts community in a way we could never have imagined.” said Dona Frank, President. "The global enthusiasm and response has inspired this year’s theme and we are already seeing an overwhelming global response, underscoring the true passion and connection between cannabis and art.”
In addition to the $10,000 top cash prize, the winning artist will be featured prominently by Natural Cannabis Company for a one year period. Current plans include features in art related events, Natural Cannabis Company’s High Art gallery in Northern California, a June feature in Juxtapoz Magazine, and inclusion in select Natural Cannabis Company marketing materials for a one year period leading into High Art 2017.
