Spanish architecture firm Churtichaga Quadra-Salcedo transformed an apartment in Madrid into a shared workspace by cutting cones and spheres into the walls. Developed with Sketchup, the inspiration came from American artist Gordon Matta Clark's "building cuts," a series of site-specific works he made in the 70s in abandoned buildings in which he removed the various sections of the floors, ceilings, and walls.
