A' Design Awards & Competition: A New Year, A New Call for Entries
It's a new year, and it's time to get your new ideas ready. We have spent the past few years showcasing and making "call for entries" in the annual and prestigious A' Design Awards, the worlds' largest design competition awarding best designs, design concepts and products and services. We always say this, but love looking at the future come to fruition, through an international scope of innovation and ingenuity. From China to the USA, Italy to the UK, the A' Design Awards is where the heartbeat of reimagining our world through design. And if you have ideas yourself, it's time to get noticed. You can register to submit here.
If you need a refresher course on "what is the A' Design Award?", we curated a few past examples in the gallery above from the over 100 categories for which this competition is broken down. These categories are where entries will be judged by an international jury panel of scholars, professionals and media members. From Architecture to Communication Design, Furniture Design to Food Packaging, Lighting to our favorite, Interior Space and Exhibition Design, there is a little bit of everything to submit for. Take a look at the categories here.
Also, its key to know that each judge is a top professional in their field, with knowledge of successful design projects that will both help enhance and properly overview your entry. They know good design because they have been a part of great design. The jury includes design professionals, press members and academics, and if you are a winner, you may be included in international exhibitions, yearbook, pr and publicity, world design rankings inclusion and the gala-night for networking. Of course, you get to get the attention of press and editors like ourselves that can help promote your design to the greater design world. A'Design also mentions you will have the benefit of being "judged and evaluated by a respected jury panel, lifelong licensing of the award winners logo, A2 poster design and printing for exhibition, and many others such as inclusion in the World Design Rankings, and translation of award winning works to 20+ languages as well as international PR Services."
The registration is available here, and if you need more information about the prize, read more here. Deadline for submission is February 28. Results will be announced to public on April 15, 2021.
