Winter 2019 Cover Artist KAWS Kicks Off New Public Art Project in Taipei With Collectible Series

Winter 2019 cover artist and all-around art superstar KAWS is kicking off 2019 with a major public art piece in Taipei, Taiwan of his KAWS:HOLIDAY work. Teaming up with his oft-collaborative team of AllRightsReserved, the massive "36-meter" sculpture will be at Chiang Kai-shek Memorial Hall, Taipei from January 19—27, 2019‬.

In conjunction with the sculpture, KAWS and AllRightsReserved are releasing a series of collectibles (release information here), featuring tees, plates, a 3-colorway vinyl version of the KAWS:HOLIDAY work. And after an image of the KAWS sculpture being leaked recently, the artist released a photo of the scale the work for us to enjoy. More information when we get the final images to share!
