His newest limited edition sculpture/collectible, the "Teapot," with Case Studyo, has all the characteristics of that simple yet iconic Jarvis style. From Case Studyo: For their sophomore collaboration Case Studyo and James Jarvis present a sculptural object that is short and stout and sports both a handle and a spout. Following the celebrated ‘Amphora’, this edition sees the return of Jarvis’ iconic sphere character and in line with the artist’s reductive approach, form once again follows function; the figure assumes a position unmistakably recognisable for the object’s practical application. Next to being a fully functional teapot, the sculpture also is a true conversation piece and proves to be the life of the party, uplifting every occasion with a hot beverage and a smile.
