Tokyo is about to get a full Barry McGee experience. Coinciding with his upcoming solo show, Potato Sack Body, at Perrotin Gallery in Tokyo, the San Francisco legend will also have a pop-up shop with BEAMS in Harajuku.
From BEAMS: "Barry McGee Pop-Up Store will exhibit the artist's drawings, posters and ZINEs from past exhibitions, and ZINEs from the Hong Kong (October 2019) and Tokyo exhibitions will be available for purchase. Also collaborative items featuring special artwork created by the artist for this project and designed by BEAMS will be available for purchase."
