The great sculptural painter Josh Sperling, who has had a brilliant few years with exhibitions at Perrotin galleries around the world, continues to collaborate with Case Studyo as they release their latest piece: Friend. Always known for their fine art collectible and functional projects, the Belgian studio took Sperling's almost architectural shapes and transformed them into a household adornment.
From Case Studyo: "For our latest collaboration, Josh Sperling playfully answers the question, "Is art a reflection of life?" Combining form and function, the edition juxtaposes the artist's signature shapes with a circular mirror showing the world the way it is or the way we want it to be.
