Jim Kazanjian is a Portland-based collage artist. Some of his pieces are made with up to 50 photographs.  He finds his images online and then digitally manipulates them to create brand new works. All the images are manipulated in Photoshop, and he does not use a camera at any stage of his layering process.

He is always looking for interesting images, but once he’s done with them, they take on new, intriguing qualities that couldn't have been done with the original photo. By adding, duplicating, and taking out images, it’s never easy to predict what the final image will look like.––Iqvinder Singh
