Art of the Assassin: An Exhibit Inspired by Assassin's Creed III

August 23, 2012

Come celebrate with us tonight, August 23! Ubisoft, in partnership with Rock the Vote, invite you to check out the launch of their traveling art show, Art of the Assassin. You’ll see original artwork from a few of Juxatpoz-featured artists like Mark Dean Veca and Justin Bartlet and receive an exclusive a sneak peek of one of 2012's most anticipated video game releases, Assassin's Creed III.

Work will showcase themes inspired by the game's setting- the American Revolutionary War, while LA’s famed DJ Skee will host the event and provide beats throughout the night. Attendees will also have a chance to watch the notable LA-based street artist Thank You X create his own masterpiece live during the event.

The exhibit's road trip will conclude at the end of October back in LA, with an auction giving everyone a chance to bid on the exclusive works. Proceeds will go to Rock the Vote, to raise further awareness of the importance of voting to America’s young adults.

Assassin’s Creed III and Rock the Vote, aim to give young people a chance to be heard. Just as 18th century Americans stood together to fight for freedom and democracy, their partnership’s goal is to unite and empower generations of young people.

Date, time and location on the flyer below, created by Mark Dean Veca. Be sure to check www.artoftheassassin.com for a peek at the show’s art and more info on the project.

Hope to see you!
