Wayne White, June 2012Published June, 2012 Vault // Friday, 23 Aug 2013
Wayne White is a little bit of everything: illustrator, musician, art director, apparently a puppeteer... you know, all those things that make one an artist. You may know him for his art direction of Pee-Wee's Playhouse, or perhaps for his fast becoming signature text over landscape reproduction works that have been part of an amazing monograph edited by Todd Oldham.
Oh, and there was that documentary on White, Beauty Is Embarrassing, one of the finest art documentaries we have ever seen. Here is our interview with Mr. White from the June 2012 issue.
