Born in Hastings East Sussex, Thomas Hooper studied drawing at The London Institute of Art & Design, subsequently moving from London to New York City to pursue his goals in Tattooing and Art. He turns his keleidescope inspired drawings into detailed tattoos, and more recently his passion for painting has spread to street art. He now tattoo's and paints in New York City.
