For more than three weeks he made detailed 360° layouts that were sprayed on standard bowling balls. In several German bowling alleys we swapped the standard balls for these special ones."

New York-based artist Bradley Hard injects each individual bubble of a piece of bubble wrap with acrylic paint to create these portraits. As the paint is injected into the bubbles, excess paint will drip down the back. He surgically removes these from the backside of the plastic to reveal an impression of the work.
