One of our favorite booths from the entire weekend of fairs in NYC was the Pace Prints booth at The Armory Show's Modern Fair. Pace featured works from Keith Haring, Wangechi Mutu, Shepard Fairey, Erik Parker, Ryan McGinness, Yoshitomo Nara, Hockney, and Chuck Close.

The Nasher Museum of Art at Duke University has organized a survey of Nairobi-born, New York-based multidisciplinary artist Wangechi Mutu. Opening March 21, Wangechi Mutu: A Fantastic Journey presents more than 50 works from her most iconic collages to sketchbooks revealing her creative process and inspirations. Wangechi was featured in our Nov 2008 Contemporary African Art issue.
