Two weeks after the attacks on Charlie Hebdo graffiti photographer Ralph Roelse from the Netherlands went to Paris to hang out with TOMEK from the infamous Parisian PAL CREW. They climbed buildings, bombed walls, smashed party’s and had a lot of fun on the streets of the capital of love.

Last week, the group exhibition “Croisement” opened at Galeri Celal in Paris featuring new work from Tomek, Jeroen Erosie, and Graphic Surgery. While the exhibition focuses on thesimilarities and the differences between these artists who all are equally talented, Tomek’s abstract pieces stood out to us. These pieces appear more refined, painterly and cohesive.

Parisian graffiti writer, Tomek, was enlisted by the consulting company Robin Soulier to paint the interior of one of their halls. Tomek painted abstract shapes and tags on to small squares, that were then spread out in the space including the ceiling and floor.The consulting company has also in the past commissioned Sobekcis to paint one of their spaces as well.

The Parisian graffiti crew, PAL, has done an excellent job at littering the streets of Paris with their often unconventional sprays and has monopolized on yet another truck.
