And finally, the art. We are so proud of all the artwork that is on exhibit in "Art Truancy: Celebrating 20 Years of Juxtapoz Magazine," open at Jonathan LeVine Gallery in NYC through June 14, 2014. It blows our mind that we are now two decades old, but what is even more amazing are all the artists that have been in our pages over those years. Their works tell the story, create the chance to document alternative art narratives, bring out the fans, bring out the collectors, and keep the creative energy of Juxtapoz alive. Here, then, is all the art in "Art Truancy."

On Thursday May 15 through June 14, 2014, Juxtapoz and Jonathan LeVine Gallery will be showcasing a special group exhibiition, "Art Truancy: Celebrating 20 Years of Juxtapoz Magazine," at both LeVine spaces in New York City. The show's curation features a wide-range of cover artists and emerging talent that has spanned the two decades of Juxtapoz, including Robert Williams, Swoon, Dr Lakra, Conor Harrington, Camille Rose Garcia, Revok, Parra, Doze Green, Mark Ryden, Maya Hayuk, Shepard Fairey, Grotesk... the list goes on. In conjunction with the show, we had art critic Carlo McCormick sit down with old friend Jonathan LeVine to discuss Juxtapoz' past, present, future, and how the East Coast helped shape the magazine's trajectory.
