Well, this is either the best timing, or the worse timing (our friends at Nuart think the same thing), as Banksy has produced a program for the UK's Channel 4 called "The Antics Roadshow," charting the history of behaving badly in public, from anarchists and activists to attention seeking eccentrics. It airs this Saturday, August 13.
