His insane attention to detail and superb technical control is truly breathtaking, producing works of art that are strikingly beautiful and totally bad-ass.

Joel Madberg of Salvation Tattoo

Tattoo // Monday, August 06, 2012
Joel Madberg is a tattoo artist working at Salvation Tattoo in Stockholm, Sweden. Madberg's vivid and somewhat cryptically symbolic style employs the bold lines, heavy shading, and muted color palette of traditional tattooing, although he is currently experimenting with his stylistic approach and shifting towards applying more color to his work.
